“Reveries” opens this Friday

Come to the gallery this Friday night from 7 to 9 and see the opening of Reveries, mixed media by Linda Mitchell.

Materials are placed between layers of colored glass, creating an interplay between lucid and obscure. The pieces hint at what lies beneath the scarred, time-worn surface of a person or an object. Time takes its inevitable toll, but beauty and meaning remain.

The show will run through January 29.
